1. Usually ships in 2 business days. Transit time depends on the location of delivery and may take 5 to 7 days. Any delay will be notified to the customer through email. If the Product does not reach you within 10 days, a full refund will be issued.
2. If the Product reaches you in a 'Damaged condition’, please share the pictures through email. Post verification, a full refund will be initiated. Please note that the package image has to be shared as received
4. The return logistics cost will be borne by us. Which means, you can send the product back to us and we will reimburse the cost of shipping.
