Our limited lifetime warranty covers defects or crack on body shell under normal use(scratches not covered under warranty). Warranty on accessories such as wheels, handles and lock will be applicable for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty: Lifetime warranty on shell & 1 year warranty on accessories & manufacturing defects. Wear & Tear for product under use and scratches are not covered.
Usually ships in 2 business days. Transit time depends on the location of delivery and may take 5 to 7 days. Any delay will be notified to the customer through email.
If the Product does not reach you within 10 days, a full refund will be issued.
For all Nasher Miles products, there is a 7 day return policy. If the Product reaches you in a 'Damaged condition’, please share the pictures through email. Post verification (within 24 hours), we will confirm if the product is eligible for return.
Once confirmed, a full refund will be initiated to the original source of payment.
Please note that the package image has to be shared as received.
The return logistics cost will be borne by us within the first 7 days of delivery. Which means, you can send the product back to us and we will reimburse the cost of shipping.
