To Remove: Gently pull out the earplug, Wash, dry and store it in the case

Make sure the earplug is clean; Do not use dirty or damaged earplugs. Please follow the instructions on how to use.
Instructtions
Use a neutral soap and warm water to wash and clean, store when earplugs are dry.
A pair of flexible Silicon ear plugs, great for drowning out unwanted noise. Fully reusable when looked after properly. A little bit of luxury for your ears.
1. Usually ships in 2 business days. Transit time depends on the location of delivery and may take 5 to 7 days. Any delay will be notified to the customer through email. If the Product does not reach you within 10 days, a full refund will be issued.
2. If the Product reaches you in a 'Damaged condition’, please share the pictures through email. Post verification, a full refund will be initiated. Please note that the package image has to be shared as received.
3. The return logistics cost will be borne by us. Which means, you can send the product back to us and we will reimburse the cost of shipping.
4. In an 'exceptional case’ if the product is not up to the mark, please do reach out to us via Email with your feedback. We will address the issue.
5. 24 months from the date of purchase (batteries - 12 months from date of purchase).
